Viora Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · Effective date: 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Warif albariah Establishment (مؤسسة وريف البرية), a sole establishment registered in the Commercial Register of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under number 7055443712, its unified national number. Viora is a brand the establishment uses for its website, accounts and products; it is not a separate company. In these terms, “Viora”, “we” and “us” mean the establishment.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms cover Viora’s website, accounts, products and services. Additional product terms apply when you use the relevant product. For Wasim, read the Wasim Terms.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organisation, you confirm your authority to bind it. Each person using a product must accept the terms applicable to their use, including team members.

You accept these terms when you create an account or expressly accept them later. Creating an account is free and does not start a paid subscription. Before a purchase, we show the product, features, seats, term, total price, renewal arrangements and refund policy. The payment button and accompanying statement identify the obligation to pay. A subscription starts when payment is confirmed; an unsuccessful payment creates no subscription or payment obligation. If we receive payment but cannot activate the subscription, we refund it in full.

Your agreement includes these terms, the applicable product terms, your order details and any agreement signed with Viora. A signed agreement takes priority where it expressly differs; product terms take priority on product-specific matters. Descriptions and commitments shown before payment remain binding.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain our handling of personal data and device storage. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing or other processing that requires separate consent. Nothing in this agreement limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

3. Your account

Use an email address you control, keep it current, and protect your account and devices. Each account is for one person; do not share it. Tell support@v-ora.co promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Sign out on shared devices.

We send service messages needed to operate your account and subscriptions. Marketing is optional and requires a separate choice; you can withdraw that choice at any time through the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by emailing support@v-ora.co from your account’s email address.

To close your account, email support@v-ora.co from your account’s email address with “Close my account” (or «إغلاق حسابي») in the subject. Download content you need before requesting closure. We verify the request, explain any effect on paid services or a team you own, and complete closure within 30 days. Product terms explain what is deleted and what remains with a team. Records that must be retained by law are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Closing an account does not itself create a refund entitlement.

4. Prices and payment

The total and currency shown before you pay are the amount and currency charged. Your card issuer may charge currency-conversion or other fees of its own.

Monthly subscriptions are charged for each month; yearly subscriptions are paid in full for the year. A team plan is charged for the whole plan, including unused seats. We provide an invoice you can save and, where required, a compliant tax invoice and refund credit note. Provide correct organisation and billing details.

Payments are handled by the payment provider named in our Privacy Policy, whose payment page identifies it when you pay. Viora does not receive your full card number or card security code. The recurring-payment authorisation shows the amount, frequency and expiry before you confirm it.

5. Renewal and plan changes

Unless your order or signed agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same plan and term. We may charge up to three days before the term ends, with one further attempt on the day before it ends. For yearly subscriptions, we email the payer the amount and charge date at least 30 days before the renewal charge.

The payer may stop automatic renewal in Billing at any time. This stops future renewal charges and leaves access available until the end of the period already paid for. If a renewal payment has already been taken, stopping renewal does not reverse it; section 6 explains the refund available for that payment.

If a renewal remains unpaid when the paid term ends, access continues for two more days so the payer can renew. After that, access ends. A subscription that does not renew automatically ends at the end of its paid term, without those two days. We notify the payer of failed renewal or expired payment authorisation. We charge no late fees or interest. Data is handled under the relevant product terms.

We give at least 30 days’ notice before a changed price applies at renewal. Every changed recurring amount, including a decrease, requires a new authorisation. Without it, we do not renew at the changed amount. A price change never changes a term already paid for.

Available upgrades, their charges and their effects are shown before payment. Product terms explain any limits on downgrades or changes between plans. If an automatic-payment authorisation expires or is cancelled, including after an order correction, the payer must renew through the account unless a new authorisation is established.

6. Refunds and order problems

Our seven-day promise. The payer may request a full refund within seven calendar days of the latest initial or renewal payment, even if the product has been used. The period runs from the time payment was taken, including when a renewal is charged before the previous term ends. An upgrade does not restart it.

Request the refund in Billing on the website. No reason is required. If that route is unavailable, contact support@v-ora.co within the same period. For a subscription purchased through a signed agreement, contact support; the same promise applies unless that agreement says otherwise.

For this promise, the refundable term is the one purchased by that latest initial or renewal payment. The refund covers that payment and subsequent upgrade payments, less amounts already returned. A seat, upgrade or unused part of a term cannot be refunded separately under this promise. We initiate the refund promptly to the original payment method without deducting a fee; the payment provider or card issuer determines when it appears.

A refund immediately ends the subscription for everyone on it. For Wasim, it also permanently deletes all live and archived cloud projects for that subscription, including the whole team’s projects. Download what you need before requesting it. Files on your computers are not deleted. Refunding an early renewal also ends any remaining access from the previous term; that previous term’s payment is not included in this promise. The Wasim Terms explain licence checks and the treatment of residual recovery copies. A completed refund cannot be reversed to restore the subscription or its cloud projects.

Existing shared-report links are not automatically revoked by a refund and may remain available until ended or expired. End them first if you want sharing to stop, or contact support for authorised removal. The Wasim Terms and Privacy Policy explain their separate retention and your rights.

After seven days, we may still grant a whole-term refund at our discretion. The seven-day promise does not limit statutory cancellation, defect, non-conformity, delayed-supply or other mandatory remedies, or refunds expressly due under this agreement. Those remedies can require a different amount and are not automatically treated as a whole-subscription refund or an instruction to delete projects.

Statutory cancellation. Saudi e-commerce law provides a seven-day cancellation right in qualifying cases where a service has not been used or benefited from, subject to its exceptions. Those exceptions do not remove remedies for defective or non-conforming supply. Contact support to exercise your rights. Where the statutory delayed-supply right applies, you may cancel if supply is delayed by more than 15 days from the contract or beyond the agreed delivery date, except where the law’s force-majeure exception applies, and recover the amounts and delay-related costs the law requires. We notify you of material delivery delays.

Order mistakes. If checkout did not allow you to correct an input error, notify us within seven days of paying for that order. We correct the order so you pay only for what you intended. This does not erase your cloud projects. If we displayed a wrong price or plan and service has not started, you may accept the correction or cancel for a full refund and any costs our mistake caused. Once service starts, we will not increase the agreed price for that term.

7. Content and permitted use

You retain your rights in your content and outputs. You grant us and our service providers only the permission needed to operate and support the services you use, make content available to people you authorise, and comply with law. Product terms explain storage, sharing and deletion. We do not use your content to train or improve AI models without a separate opt-in.

You must have the rights and lawful basis needed for content you provide. Do not access others’ accounts or content without permission, attack or disrupt the services, introduce malicious code, bypass access or licensing controls, infringe rights, or use the services unlawfully. Testing our servers requires our written permission. Do not resell the services without an agreement with us. Use is prohibited where Saudi law or applicable United Nations targeted sanctions prohibit us from providing it.

Viora and its licensors retain their rights in our software, website, content, names and marks. Nothing here restricts rights granted by applicable law or third-party licences. Report suspected infringement to support@v-ora.co with your contact details, the work concerned and the location of the disputed material. We handle notices and responses under applicable law.

8. Service and support

We provide services with reasonable care and skill and substantially as described when purchased. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular AI accuracy level. No availability guarantee applies unless separately agreed. We try to give notice of planned maintenance.

Contact support@v-ora.co for support, complaints or legal notices. We support Arabic and English and reply within two Saudi working days, normally Sunday to Thursday excluding public holidays. Complaints receive an acknowledgement and reference within two working days; we aim to give a full response within 30 days and explain any delay with an expected response date. You may approach the Ministry of Commerce, SDAIA or a competent court without first completing our complaints process.

9. Responsibility and liability

Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross fault, liability arising from a harmful act, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We remain responsible for loss of or damage to cloud content, or shortcomings in cloud services, caused by our or our subcontractors’ intentional acts, negligence or omissions, subject only to limitations permitted by law.

Subject to those exceptions, liability is limited to foreseeable loss, excluding indirect loss and lost profit or revenue not caused intentionally. Our total liability connected with this agreement is capped at one month’s subscription price at the time of the event; for a yearly subscription, this means one twelfth of its annual price. This cap does not reduce refunds expressly due under these terms or mandatory remedies.

Neither party is responsible for failure caused by an event beyond its control that could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided. A supplier failure qualifies only if it meets that test. If prepaid service becomes impossible to provide, we refund the affected portion or, if you choose, extend the term equivalently. Mandatory rights concerning exceptional hardship remain unaffected.

10. Suspension and ending services

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to stop serious misuse or comply with law, and explain why unless legally prohibited. Suspension lasts only as long as needed.

Either party may terminate for the other’s serious breach by written notice if it is not remedied within 14 days. We may act sooner where a breach cannot be remedied or immediate action is needed to protect others or comply with law. Termination under this clause does not require a court judgment. If you terminate for our unremedied serious breach, we refund prepaid fees for the period after termination. If we terminate for your serious breach, no contractual refund is promised, subject to mandatory rights, a court’s powers and our discretion.

If we decide to discontinue a product or its cloud service, we notify customers promptly, stop new sales and renewals of that service, and honour paid terms. The applicable product terms explain data recovery afterwards. If we cannot provide prepaid service, your remedies remain available. Withdrawing a plan from new sales does not change existing paid access. A replacement at renewal requires at least 30 days’ notice, your acceptance and any new payment authorisation.

11. Changes, notices and law

Material changes. A change to these terms or to product terms is material if it concerns prices, billing or renewal; reduces features, limits or service levels; or changes responsibility, disputes, suspension or ending of services, refunds, data deletion or how we use personal data. If in doubt, we treat a change as material. We give at least 30 days’ notice of a material change by email and on the website before it takes effect, with a short summary of what changed, and we ask each affected user to accept it expressly; continued use alone is not acceptance.

Accepting or declining. You may accept a material change before or after it takes effect. Once it takes effect, you are asked to accept it when you sign in, and the website and our products may require acceptance before you continue; you may decline, and on our website declining signs you out. If you have not accepted it within 30 days after it takes effect, your access to the service ends on that date until you accept it, and your subscription does not renew. The payer may then terminate and receive a refund, without any fee, for the unused paid period, including any renewal payment taken for a period after that date, by contacting support. If a team member does not accept, only that member’s access stops; others on the same subscription keep their access, unless its payer has not accepted, in which case their access ends when the subscription ends. Without accepting, you can still contact support@v-ora.co to stop renewal, or about refunds, invoices, account closure, complaints and your privacy rights.

Editorial changes. Corrections of typing or translation errors, formatting, clarifications that do not change any right or obligation, and updated contact or registration details take effect when we publish them, without individual notice. Each document shows its version, its effective date and a change log, and we keep dated previous versions.

Changes required by law may take effect as required; changes solely in your favour may take effect on notice. Price changes follow section 5.

Keep your account email current. We send contractual notices to it and may also show them in your account or product. An email notice is given when sent unless it is returned as undeliverable, subject to mandatory law. Your time-sensitive requests count when received, including outside working days. Court documents are served as the law requires.

Saudi Arabian law governs this agreement. Disputes go to the competent Saudi courts; for business customers, the competent courts in Riyadh, where legally permitted. Arbitration requires a separate agreement and any legally required approval. Government customers must expressly agree to electronic dealing; any additional requirements for their data remain applicable.

These terms are issued in Arabic and English; the Arabic version prevails if they differ. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remainder where the law permits. Delayed enforcement does not waive a right. We may transfer this agreement to a successor to the relevant business with notice and without reducing your rights; you need our written consent to transfer it. Accrued rights, outstanding refunds and provisions needed after termination survive.
